For even greater ease, you can register for the service automatically via HSBC's website, by using the 10-digit Personal Banking Number and the 6-digit Personal Identification Number of the Phone Banking service*, while you are given the option to select the navigation language you prefer (Greek or English).
The procedure is simple:
- Select "Register" at the top of the page
- Enter the Personal Banking Number and the Personal Identification Number of the Phone Banking service by HSBC
- Create a Username so that you don't need your two Personal Numbers every time you want to have access to the Internet Banking service.
- Select a Memorable Question and state a Memorable Secret Answer. The Secret Answer stated will be requested each time you want to enter the Internet Banking Service, without the appearance of the Memorable Question. The Memorable Answer is in fact your password to the service. For your facilitation, you can change this Question and Answer, any time you want.
Within a few days, the Additional Security Code Device (Token), will be sent to you and you will have to activate it according to the directions on the device activation form.
You can connect directly to the service until you receive your token. For your own safety in the transactions, all services will be available when you proceed to activate your token.
Select "Express Banking" at the top of the page and you have direct access to the service even without the additional security code device (Token).
