Our new service, e-Statements allows you to access your bank statement online. This new service replaces the paper statements and allows you greater flexibility, better control over your finances and contributes to our joint endeavour to protect the environment.
Advantages of the e-Statements service
- Your bank statement can be securely downloaded and saved via Internet Banking from HSBC, allowing you to access it, whenever and wherever you like simply by keying in your personal codes. It includes in detail your transactions for the issued statement period in electronic format (pdf).
- History of e-Statements up to 6 months.
- The service contributes to protecting the environment by reducing paper consumption. We estimate that the e-Statements service will enable us to save more than 2 million pieces of paper.
How to activate the e-Statements service
Enjoy the advantages the e-Statements has to offer. The only prerequisite is that you are a registered subscriber of the Internet Banking from HSBC service. The e-Statements service will then be automatically activated for all Internet Banking subscribers and will apply for all their individual and joint accounts held with the Bank. If you wish to continue receiving the Hellenic Post payment coupons you can order them here or by calling 801 801 4722 (or 800 800 4722 if you are an HSBC Premier customer).
Moreover, the service will be available via Internet Banking service at the menu category "Statements/Advices" and "e-Statement" option.
De-activation of the e-Statements service
You can proceed with a de-activation request through the Phone Banking or the Internet Banking from HSBC services or at any branch of ours.
