Our new service, e-Statements replaces the paper account & credit card monthly statements from HSBC. This service offers you greater flexibility, better control and will contribute to our joint endeavor to protect the environment.

e-Statements service

• Your bank account statement can be securely downloaded and saved via Internet Banking from HSBC, allowing you to access it, whenever and wherever you like simply by keying in your personal codes. It includes in detail your transactions for the issued statement period in electronic format (pdf).
• History of e-Statements up to 14 months.
• The service contributes to protecting the environment by reducing paper consumption. We estimate that the e-Statements service will enable us to save more than 2 million pieces of paper.

Benefits of Credit Card e-Statements service

• Your credit card statements can be securely received and downloaded through Internet Banking from HSBC. This new service will allow you to view your credit card(s) transactions in detail as well as information for bill payments, in an acrobat file format (pdf).
• History of Credit Card e-Statements up to 14 months.
• Faster notification on the due payments and their payment through the HSBC Internet Banking service.
• Contribution to the protection of the environment by reducing paper consumption.

How to activate Account / Credit Card e-Statements services

Enjoy the advantages the e-Statements services have to offer. The only prerequisite is that you are a registered subscriber of the Internet Banking from HSBC. E-Statements services will then be automatically activated for all Internet Banking subscribers and will apply for all their individual and joint accounts and main credit cards held with the Bank. If you wish to continue receiving the Hellenic Post payment coupons you can order them here or by calling 801 801 4722 (or 800 800 4722 if you are an HSBC Premier customer or 801 801 4747 if you are an HSBC Advance customer).

Moreover, the e-Statements service is available via Internet Banking from HSBC at "Statements/Advices" menu category and "e-Statement" option, while the Credit Card e-Statements service is available through the "Credit Card e-Statements" option.

Notification of credit card statement through e-mail

At the date of issuance of your credit card statement you may, if you wish, receive an e-mail notification at your e-mail address, by which you will be informed that your monthly credit card statement has been issued and is available as an e-Statement. The only condition is that you have filled in a valid e-mail address at the "Services" menu through the "Update Personal Information" option. For this purpose, we recommend that you check or update your e-mail address.

De-activation of e-Statements services

You can proceed with a de-activation request through Phone Banking or Internet Banking from HSBC or at any HSBC branch.
