Supplementary to the Bank's General Terms and Conditions which you have already singed, accepted and received a copy, since you wish and select to complete and submit this application with the Bank, you acknowledge that your personal, confidential and secret data may be required to be completed in the application. By completing and submitting this application you acknowledge and accept that internet is not a safe medium of communication especially regarding sensitive and confidential information and since you do not have a user name and/or password you completely undertake the risk of disclosure of such personal data by third parties, whilst the Bank has no responsibility or liability for any loss occurred by your transmission of your personal data upon submitting this application.
