Submit question / Feedback / Complaint

If you have any complaints, suggestions or general comments, you may:

  • Contact one of the branches in our network.

  • If you use the HSBC Internet Banking service, you can also contact us through the "Send Message" option provided by this service.
  • Fill in the relevant form by selecting in the field "Wish to communicate with us for" the relevant option: "Indication" or "Complaint".

In case of a complaint we would like to inform you that a Bank representative will contact you within 48 hours in order to acknowledge receipt of the complaint and discuss the complaint with you.
The Bank will make every effort to respond to your complaint within 5 working days from its receipt. In the event of any changes to this timetable, it will notify you every 10 working days.
If you remain unsatisfied with our response, you may contact the Hellenic Ombudsman for Banking-Investment Services. The Bank participates in the scheme of the Hellenic Ombudsman for Banking-Investment Services (H.O.B.I.S.).
