How it works

Make your call using a dial tone phone. You will need to enter your ten-digit Phone Banking Number (PBN) and a six-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN). Once you enter these, you can use the automated service or choose to be put through to a member of the Phone Banking team, who will access your account details and help you with your banking requests.

How to register

Just call HSBC and register to the Phone Banking Service. It is that simple.

When to use it

Use the Phone Banking Service anytime you want or need to.
Through the HSBC Phone Banking team you may do your banking Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and through the automated service (IVR) you may bank 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

If you are an HSBC Premier or an HSBC Advance customer and you need emergency assistance, you can speak to an HSBC Customer Service representative regardless of the time of your call.
