Updated branch information

We understand that you may need to visit us. But before you do, please check for updates on how our key services may have been affected.

Our branches remain open to support you on any transactions you cannot complete from home through our online, mobile and phone banking services, or by accessing our ATMS. However, to promote a safe and healthy working environment for staff and customers, we have made a few temporary changes to our services.

Restrictions on counter services

Until further notice, the following services cannot be processed by our in-person counter services. Please use your debit card at one of our ATMs to complete these transactions.

  • Cash withdrawals of up to €400
  • Cash deposits of up to €1,000

In addition, the following transactions should be carried out using our online, mobile and phone banking services wherever possible.

  • Payments of third party bills (public, energy, water, telephone, TV subscriptions, insurance etc.)
  • Deposit account updates (on transactions and balances)

Bill payments in cash will not be served at branch teller counters until further notice.

Visiting a branch

In accordance with government guidelines, no more than five people will be allowed to enter a branch at any one time. Once inside, customers must maintain a minimum two-meter distance from each other at all times.

To enter one of our branches, please press the entrance button at the front of the door when you arrive. If five people are already within the premises, you will be permitted to enter as soon as one client session is over.
