Log into online banking and send us your message by selecting “Contact Centre” / “Send Message” tab and then select from the list in the field “subject” the relevant option “Complaint”.

Alternatively, click on the link below to open a form, and select in the field "Wish to communicate with us for" the relevant option: "Indication" or "Complaint".
