Service upgrades

All the pages on online banking will have a new, modern look and feel, which will look similar to the homepage.

The new design is simpler to navigate and you'll have quicker access to the more commonly used services and features.

We have upgraded the most commonly used services in online and mobile banking. But we're still in the process of upgrading some of the lesser-used services. To ensure there is no disruption to the lesser-used services while we're upgrading them, we'll be offering alternative ways to access these services. 

For the list and details of the key online banking services that will be changed, please refer to the table below. There you'll find simple guidance on how to alternatively access the affected services. 

Yes, most of the changes are temporary. We seek your patience and understanding during this transition period as we upgrade our platforms. Meanwhile, we are making sure that there are alternative ways to access affected services. We hope there is as little disruption as possible to the way you manage your finances.

The secure messages will be processed within 48hrs. Most requests are serviced on average within 24hrs.
