We've been progressively upgrading our online and mobile banking services to improve your digital experience. Over the next few months we will be introducing further enhancements, including key updates to our platforms.
What to expect
Online banking updates
From 12 December 2019 onwards, your online banking experience will be different. It will be simpler and more straightforward to bank online with us.
However, you'll experience temporary changes to how you access some features while we continue to upgrade the service. We apologise for any inconvenience this might cause you and ask for your understanding during the transition.
Mobile banking updates
To ensure seamless access to your accounts on your phone or tablet, please make sure you've downloaded the most up-to-date HSBC Greece Mobile Banking app. This app has been built with the needs of Greece residents in mind.
If you're using our existing global HSBC Mobile Banking app, it will no longer work properly from 12 December 2019.
