How to make a complaint
Vist your nearest branch and speak to a member of our team.
Log into online banking and send us your message using “Secure messages” from Quick links then “Send us a message”. Select “Complaint” option for what is your message about.
Alternatively, click on the link below to open a form, and complete in the field “Comments” if it is a Complaint or Indication.
Finally you may e-mail your complaint to firstname.lastname@example.org.
