Subscriptions and redemptions of investment products via telephone

To make managing your investments easier than ever, we now offer you the option to effect subscriptions and redemptions of investment products (mutual funds and bonds) by phone.
To take advantage of this service, simply call your Personal Relationship Manager and submit your request for a subscription or redemption. They will guide you through the process and take all the necessary actions to complete your application, without you having to visit one of our branches.
Please take some time to review the terms and conditions of this service, including the documents you will need to submit so that your order can be processed immediately. Your Personal Relationship Manager will be able to provide all of this information on request.
Things you should know
The maximum amount per telephone transaction is €150,000. This service is offered from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am until 11:30 am.
As regards to UCITS, the hours during which you can submit your application via telephone to your Relationship Manager in order to be processed on the same day differ according to the time limits set by the respective investment company. Please review our list of cut-off times for same-day processing of mutual fund participation and redemption applications.
